1. The first thing D&M must do in order to start a project is determine the specific needs of that customer. To do this, a needs assessment is completed.  One of our salesmen will walk you through the assessment process.

2. Based on this needs assessment, a recommendation is made.

3.  Measurements, photographs, and all other pertinent information is collected.

4.  A written estimate is provided - based on professional needs assessment of your project.  We will review and answer any and all of your questions.

5. Once you have selected D&M roofing as your contractor, we will discuss an estimated start date and material options and colors. This is when the job will be passed on from the salesman and to the Project Manager.

6. No payment is required at this time.

7. The Project Manager will contact you closer to the starting date, sometimes within 24 hours.

8.  Project Starts. Throughout the actual building process, the Project Manager will be the contact to answer any questions or assist your needs in whatever way possible.

9.  Once the project is complete, an in-house inspector will complete a final inspection.At this time, your complete satisfaction will be met and any issues resolved.  Also at this time, payment will be collected for the completed work. Note, any additional work not completed (siding, gutters, soffit & fascia, decking, etc) will be collected upon at the time of that elements completion.

10. Remaining projects will be completed in same manner.
